Reservation Policy:
We do take reservations and they are highly encouraged.
We have a 15-minute grace period. If you are running late, we ask that you call and inform us, as we do reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you are late past the grace period.
For reservations of 5 or more, we ask that you call to make your reservation.
For reservations of 5 guests or more, we do require a credit card hold on the reservation. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled reservation we do charge $100 to the card on file.
General Policies:
Food and drinks are prohibited from being brought into the venue. This includes water bottles. Outside dessert is welcome, any dessert that requires to be cut will be charged a $1.50 cutting and handling fee.
Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere within the building. Our alarm systems are extremely sensitive. We ask that you step outside on the first floor to smoke. If caught smoking within the building we reserve the right to ask you to leave. We also reserve the right to send you the bill that is sent to us for the alarms being activated during dinner service.
Service animals are welcome. Pets are not permitted.
All visitors and staff at the venue may be photographed and videotaped with sound. By attending, you grant us permission to publish photographs and videos for use in print, online, and video-based marketing materials, social media, as well as company publications.
ID Policy:
All guests 21+ must have their government-issued ID or passport present at the time of dining with us if you plan on having an alcoholic beverage. We will not accept copies or a picture of an ID at the time of ordering a drink.
We do abide by the “Pizza Hut” Law. All guests at the table must be 21+ years of age in order for anyone at the table to be served alcoholic beverages. Any guest under the age of 21 must have a legal parent or guardian present during the time of the visit in order for anyone 21+ to drink, or someone at the table must be 25+ years of age.
Celebrations:
You are welcome to bring flowers, balloons, and table decorations for your reservation or party with us. We have a strict no-confetti policy.
For birthdays, we do offer a complimentary dessert to the birthday guest with a valid government-issued ID.
For anniversaries, we offer a glass of champagne to the couple celebrating, or one dessert to share.
Rooftop Seasonal Dining:
The Rooftop is all-season climate-controlled with heat and air conditioning. During the fall/winter months or if it rains, you and your guests are able to dine inside on the Rooftop comfortably. Reservations are highly encouraged.
Private Events:
Due to private events, certain floors may be closed to the public. Check with the hostess when making reservations if any specific floors are closed.
Parking:
Rikasa does not have a parking lot. There is street parking available, or call the restaurant to see where it is best to park when arriving for your reservation.
We ask that you do not park in Burger King’s parking lot, they will tow unauthorized vehicles on their property.
Dress Code:
Wear what you love. We do not allow gym attire including sweatpants, sweatshirts, or hoodies. Athletic apparel and sleeveless shirts are prohibited. No excessively revealing clothing will be allowed. Clothing emitting offensive odors is not permitted to be worn anywhere on the property.
Admittance to Rikasa is at the discretion of management who reserves the right to refuse service to patrons who are inappropriately dressed regardless of the reservation status.
Additional Fees:
There is a 3% credit card transaction fee on all card transactions. We do have an ATM on site.
For reservations of 6 or more, we do not allow separate checks, you can however use multiple payment methods.
For reservations of 6 or more an automatic 20% gratuity is added to the bill.
Outside alcohol is not permitted with the exception of wine. We do charge a $25 corking fee per bottle.
